Also, I almost lost this blog due to some stoopid mangkok tryin to change da settings to sumthin very "ADULTS"!!
wtf?!!!

My 1st Half Marathon... n wud b my LAST run for 2014

For those who didn't know what is "HALF MARATHON"... I hope this could help you to understand what is all about...

1 half marathon = 21.097494 kilometers (21 km)



So, before you dissin / messin peeps who dare took da challenge go for HALF MARATHON, I guess you just need to learn RESPECT 'em...

And ask yourself, are YOU willing to do it?!!...
Dun be suck JERK / PRICK and simply MOCK em...

Coz you dont know what dey actly go thru when doin it...

To all those runners who's been participating / involved in this 21 km race thingy... my SALUTES goes to all of YOU ;)

Oh well...

Now... it's my own story...

My very own 1st HALF MARATHON (purely run, no obstacles).. hehehe!

Yesterday to be exact (Sunday - 7 Dec 2014), me & fara joined the PJ Half Marathon 2014.

Subhanallah...
Baru ku tahu makna lari 21km...
SesungguhNya... mengajar diri untuk sentiasa bersedia, positif, memujuk diri untuk teruskan larian...
I didnt put any target for da timing... just that, i thought i wanna beat my time for 10km & 15km.

Huhuhu...

Didn't managed to snap my time for 10km... but it's 1 hour 15 minutes (my 10km in early run dis year at Gombak is 1 hour 10 min) & for 15km is 1 hour 45 min (last year, my time for 15 km - Malaysia Team Fan Run is 1 hour 59 min)

I managed to finish my 21km at 2 hours 39 minutes...

I already gave up at 15km... my legs already starts lari tak keruan...
I starts to walk, jogg, run... walk.. walk... jogg... walk... ya rabbi ya rasul...

Memang gagahkan diri to finish the balance of km... huhu!

But, once i reached at sponging stesen... water stesen... feelin revived, rejuvanted...

And also, saw markers saying that... few more km... i gathered myself... alhamdulillah.. i made it!

Thumbs up to Fara too coz she managed to finish her 10km at 1 hour 20 min!

It's not EASY... never been EASY!
All the hardwork, training, efforts & sweats needed to fullfill these tasks!

But for me, I do it coz i want to do it... not because of my friend.

Team PEMALAS on Reebok One Challenge 14 Sept 14

My second time join Reebok One Challenge. This time around, managed to grab few friends to tag along. Managed to finish within 2 hours 59 min (18 obstacles, 20.5km)

Last Saturday, another challenge accepted by me & PEMALAS team.
One da first day of November 2014, as early as 5.40am, me leila n shiao get ready for Viper Challenge.
This event was even more challenging, more difficult & really makes us almost gav up. But together as a team, we managed to finish all 20 obstacles + 20,7km within 4 hours 36 min

self proclaimed? really? or sumthin to brag bout?

Mannn... i just cant get all these out of my head...
seeing... witness sumthin dat just ain't rite...
i guess, sum of us still not mature enuff... luv bein childish... think like kids...
n luv to see things get so much worst... luv to see da down falls... da negativities...
why?

For god sake...
For me... every thing that happen in our life.... happens for a reason!
and before you being able to do this n dat.. or achieved sumthin... or being better of u...
i dun think, it comes easy... rite?
sum of us, struggles... work hard n not bein appreciated or bein noticed by others too...

But now, when u tot u already got thru dat kind of level... u can simply forget or bein BIG HEAD to those peeps... dat helps u? bein there for u?

Wow... i just didnt really realized dat... sum of us really2 can be that freakin mean by... LUPA DIRI!

And honestly, u can say i am such a da person who luv to slams other peeps just becoz i luv point out sum of da things dat sum peeps just dont realize it or capable of thinking of so many perspectives when it comes to every single situation.

That's when u say... sum peeps r mature / wiser... n not many of us hav dat kind of thinking...
again, im not tryin to self proclaim of sumthin dat i am not...
if u really do sumthin dat u luv, passionate, honest... i guess, u wont put urself above da rest...
and u wont do such thing like left ur peeps just like dat...
dun b such pricks just bcoz sum one said sumthing other peeps come n told u d other way around...
goshhh... dis world still hav dat kind of peeps.... !!!

what's frustrated me even more is... u just walk away... just like dat...
and u dun even try to reflect back... and u just believe e.thing other peeps told u...
wow... really?

u know wat... sum how... i wud luv to see... da down falls of u... really!
but then... y? y do i wanna DOA kan u like dat?
for me... i shud b more POSITIVES & proves to you... u r WRONG!
dats how you teach peeps... so, that they will LEARN, RESPECT & APPRECIATE you in such DIGNITY WAY...

I wont be da person... who will go to you... and say such nice things...
If me.. or even you... still like... those kids dat still need such guidance... maybe... i think...
But... at these kind of AGE... for god sake... i just wish you be more WISER!

You know what... sometimes & somehow, I just don't get it.
Why certain peeps just don't really MOVE ON & try to be a BETTER PERSON than they used to be? Why they need to be the same ol' 'em?
Don't you ever TIRED or BORED surrounding with all those stupidity?
Don't you ever wanna be the other way around of life if you have the chance to be... at least, glimpse of some GOOD THINGS?

That's all that I can summarize all the madness / craziness that I've been thru for quite sometimes

The final for the World Cup 2014 between GERMANY vs ARGENTINA will be on 14 July 2014 (14.07.14) at 0300 (Malaysia's Time)

With the whole package that Germany's have, I just keep on BELIEVE & SUPPORTS da DEUTSCHLAND, Die Mannschaft to be the WINNER of World Cup 2014.

We will see... We will witness...
After all, this is football / fussball / sports that bring the whole nation wide come together / as ONE!

 The most wanted event in football that peeps around the world have been waiting, FIFA WORLD CUP 2014 ~ Brazil.

Every 4 years, this major event is ready to start the kick off on 12 June 2014 (4 am, Malaysian Time)  with the host, Brazil vs Croatia.
